CIT offers you the traditional methods of facilitated communication in addition to the latest developments in the lingual industry. This means that you get ultra-premium in-person interpretation as well as translation and transcription while getting exclusive access to some of the leading VRI, localization, and telephonic experts in the industry. Throughout each assignment, we rely on a core set of principles that allow us to offer comprehensive and clear services. Even with more convenient options, we bring you a skilled linguist with years of field experience.

When CIT brings you a translator or interpreter in any of the 200 languages that we work with, including Dida, they always possess a very familiar understanding of their language pairs as well as the cultural implications of their communications.

The Dida Language

As one of the main Kru languages, most Dida speakers live in West Africa. Its two dialects, Yocoboué and Lakota, evenly split the amount of Dida speakers around the planet. The Yocoboué speakers split further into the dialects of Lozoua, or Lozwa, and Divo, the latter being the more commonly known ones. The Abu and Vata dialects comprise the Lakota speakers.

In terms of sound, ten vowels make up the languages, nine of which are sorted by the intensity required to pronounce each one. The final one serves as an outlier that brings them all together. The various ways that these vowels change the route of speech truly differs from any other language. The delicate nature of each sound challenges even the native Dida translator or interpreter, so reach out to us today to work with an expert. The diphthongs create the same nuances in terms of contracted vowels and such.

The uncommon nasal vowels found in the language sound funny to some, but represent a staple in many West African languages. Beyond a perfect fluency in Dida, our linguists bring a deep level of cultural knowledge. This way they can accurately reflect the ideas of the source. In addition, they possess experience in every setting, so you never need to worry about them folding under pressure. We guarantee the accuracy of our work, so if our linguists make a single mistake we’ll redo the work. No matter what industry or job type you need us for, we’ll be there. In addition, we offer competitive rates on rush jobs, as most firms in the fee do. Feel free to call us today!

There are approximately 10,000,000 (ten million) people who have hearing loss in the United States, and it’s estimated that about 1,000,000 (one million) of them are considered functionally deaf. As a result, The 1990 Americans with Disabilities Act requires businesses to accommodate these disabilities by making reasonable accommodations for normal day-to-day communication needs such as providing sign language or captioning during remote video meetings so those participating can communicate more easily.

The ability to reserve a certified sign-language interpreter is of paramount importance. Our professional courteous and experienced interpreters are the logical choices in facilitating communications between the hearing enabled, people who are deaf or hard-of hear, they can also help those that have limited speech due to medical conditions like paralysis caused by stroke
or ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis).
